Pre-Sales

While working in service finance and operations for three multi-national telecom companies, we developed an acute understanding of the needs of original equipment manufacturers, mobile operators, and service vendors within the wireless industry.

From writing or responding to RFPs or RFQs to mapping processes and systems, we have been successful at developing and executing operating strategies with results that often exceeded business expectations we are able to draw upon my international experience and exposure to many different business configurations when approaching any business opportunity.

Business Consulting Services

Since we started this company, we have been invited to participate in the creation of business plans for a diverse list of businesses - an electronics recycling firm, a custom motorcycle shop, and a health supplement store just to name a few.

Our background is in problem assessment and solution but our value is in facilitating discussions at all levels of an organization to create inclusive plans with enthusiastic champions within the organization.

Every situation is different and every company has unique needs and approaches to problem solving. The way each business responds to its internal and external growth limiters defines its success.

We find that a process analysis followed by development of a business health measurement system can uncover opportunities. The use of a customized Balanced Score Card in conjunction with Quality Management techniques will create a healthy culture of performance review and strategy evaluation. Starting that cycle is the hardest part.
